I've noticed before the AI was sometimes running around with mons that previously had status set up on them, but those also weren't a pulse3 Ursaring with Tangled Feet and Guts both active + Facade
Of course, remember that the player is healed before major fights to prevent them from even using any pre-status strategies at all
