At the most it has just as much cutscenes as the first games although it has less preachiness to it. Hugh borders a little but it's just 1 character as opposed to 2 in the first game so it's a bit better and also feels like you're being stopped less for cutscenes (not that that doesn't happen.) Plot is also more your typical fare of stopping the evil bad guys as opposed to the clusterfuck in BW
