Evolves at Level 4
Ability: Sweet Veil - Alcremie and nearby allied Pokemon cannot have their base stats reduced.
Basic Attack(Ranged): Becomes a boosted attack every third attack or whenever Alcremie uses a move, dealing increased damage and placing cream on the target. Allied Pokemon can use a basic attack on the creamed target to deal additional damage, and if the basic attack is melee they will also restore some of their HP.
Move 1: Aromatic Mist - Milcery releases pink mist around itself which persists in the area for a few seconds. Allied Pokemon in the mist have increased Special Defense and restore some of their HP.
Upgrades at Level 4:
Option 1: Decorate - Alcremie decorates the targeted allied Pokemon, giving them a shield and increased Attack and Special Attack stats for several seconds. If Alcremie uses Decorate on an ally who currently has the shield from Decorate, their Attack and Special Attack are increased further.
Level 11: Decorate+ - The cooldown of this move is reduced whenever Alcremie uses a basic attack, with boosted attacks reducing it further.
Option 2: Misty Terrain - Alcremie releases pink mist around itself which persists in the area for a few seconds. Allied Pokemon in the mist have increased Defense, Special Defense, and continuously restore some of their HP.
Level 11: Misty Terrain+ - The mist persists for longer.
