In the Isle of Armor expansion, there is a quest you can undertake to unlock a new female trainer customization option, that being full-fledged nudity. This option also unlocks unique animations befitting such an appearance, including covering your chest and crotch, shaking while standing idle, and rolling (rather than throwing) your Pokéball. Dialogue is changed a bit as well, reflecting how a young, self-conscious girl who hasn't quite hit puberty yet would behave around others. I am pushing for periodic vaginal leakage as well, but it might not make launch. Hopefully by the next round of DLC!
