Of Noble Blood
>A man in his 20s, of noble blood. His family has always had Dragon-type attendants; myths say it was divine protection. Over the ages, the noble class began to lose clout in the world, and now his family is all but forgotten. He wishes to restore his family's name and bring glory; he began to use his Dragon-types to fight to the top. Now, a member of the Elite Four, he challenges trainers so that they can bring glory fir themselves and their Pokemon.
