Having a 120 spammable BP move is great but for Indeedee-F's sake the meta doesn't look too kind for it (plus it probably shouldn't be spamming nukes anyways) while for Indeedee-M I don't know much about RU/UU to how it could impact its usage in those tiers if at all.
