>>34851848>>34851875The thing is, Ash/Dawn depends on what you think of Dawn, and whether her interactions with Ash are a hint of something more, or whether it's just part of who she is. While the latter has some truth to it, I'm in the former camp because she's like that with no one else. And a comparison with May isn't fair since Dawn IS different - May was very touchy feely. Dawn is less so, but she stares more intently, for example.
To me, it's easy to see she was in love because if nothing else, there was the end, where she wanted anything to stop the final parting she knew had to happen. She couldn't say what she wanted to say. What's curious is Ash may have felt the same way - he knew what she wanted to say.
