Reliable physical Ghost STAB in Poltergeist was a great recent addition, but what it also desperately needs is a dependable recovery option like Strength Sap. A better ability in Magic Guard, set up moves like Bulk Up and Swords Dance, and other coverage options like Drain Punch would be of much help as well. Might not be strictly OU but it would certainly be elevated higher than where it is now.
