JP account didn't have a poll like this from what I'm seeing but Nips absolutely loved that episode of anime where Ash gets Rowlet so I wouldn't be surprised if the result was about the same there. Even if you compare the stupid animations they made for each starter, Rowlet crushes the other two despte the fact that it got the most boring one while Popplio's was actually fun
