It's pretty good all around, Iv'e always wanted a Grass starter that can effectively use Wood Hammer. Hammer Arm can eat a dick though, Chesnaught is NOT a Trick Room sweeper and HA being the stongest Fighting move is bullshit. Drain Punch/Low Kick would be fantastic on it for recover/(raw power in OU mostly). Leech Seed/Synthesis is a nice option for recovery, but more time than most all you'll be doing is hitting stuff/laying Spikes.
