They actually end up with very similar skill trigger rates. Although Braviary is a little faster, it still has the weakest berries available. Not only that, but Mimikyu's specialized version of Berry Burst gives it a higher actual berry average after counting the skill crits it can get. Still, it should be much easier to get a good Rufflet than a Mimikyu. Not to mention the free skill level from evolution.
