Anyway, refresh my memory. Who in kanto says the Safari zone is full of non-native pokemon? That doesn't make sense. That's not what a safari is. They have elephants in North America but we call their enclosures zoos, not safaris. When you go on a safari you go to an animal's natural habitat to hunt or observe. The Safari Zone is a nature preserve as far as I recall.
