>>54125955Imagine if Runescape announced birdwatching. They hype it up for months leading to its release, and have big in game fanfare when the update happens. They add a quest with brand new loot that requires you to do birdwatching. Then they don't spawn any birds, so it's impossible to gain birdwatching xp or complete the quest. This is ridiculous, of course, since Runescape developers care about the game they make. They would never make such a stupid mistake that's guaranteed to generate resentment from their playerbase, because they are trying to grow the game with fun new activities and improve the user experience. Only glass chewing retards would make a big deal out of a new feature and then make that feature unusable on purpose.
