The whole petting and feeding shit in the 3DS games was a huge step in the right direction. Or how it shows a little heart when your mon does something extra because it loves you.
And this might be an upopular opinion, but I kinda want them to change how evolving works. Because right now it just feels like you're doing these objectives to reach an artifical goal. Rather than with the Pokémon that evolve based on affection. It feels more like natural growth than when you just shove a stone up the Pokémon's asshole.
Also I want to dress my Pokémon up, bros. Cosplay Pikachu was cute as fuck and I want more of this stuff. Could even just be hats, not even cute dresses or whatnot. Just give your Absol cat ear headphones or something, to make it stand out as YOUR companion and not just another generic Absol
