>>22083565Personally, whenever I didn't feel like just having battles one after the other, or at least have them have a twist instead of being as vanilla as ever, the other facilities were great at that. I especially loved the Pike and Pyramid precisely because of that. I also liked the Dome because of the elimination system it used; it made it feel more real and competitive, not to mention you kinda had to use more strategy by looking at your opponent's team and stuff like that.
What I yearned for the most was to see what a Battle Pyramid on Gen 6 would be like. I spent countless hours on that one facility, because I loved the idea of exploration and how you had to manage your resources well in there.
If I wanted vanilla battles, I went to the Tower. If I wanted twists to the battles or just something different, I went to the other facilities. Simple as that.
