I've been to a bunch of pokestops, and hatched something like 20 eggs so far, but I still haven't seen a single 10 km egg. Meanwhile my roommate has found a bunch of 10 km eggs at a different set of stops.

So my question is, do certain stops only give you one type of egg? Or do I just have really bad luck?

Been trying to breed a Sneasel with perfect IVs in speed and att, i'm using a Smeargle with decent iVs and a Sneasel with two perfect IVs, I've hatched about thirty and have gotten only one with a perfect IV in attack, the rest were all just decent IVs. Are the chances of hatching perfect IV pokes just luck or am i doing something wrong?

Also, sorry if i'm an idiot... new to breeding.
