New ability: Lightning Rod (or maybe Volt Absorb, I can't fully decide)
Reason: Typhlosion is the Volcano Pokemon, and thunderstorms happen commonly near volcanoes. It also gives Typhlosion more coverage and a niche other Fire-Types don't have, in addition to it's already existing niche as the fastest Eruption user
The stat boosts also help Typhlosion function better at using it's niches and tools it has available
