After two weeks of searching and hatching 2ks i gave up and went with my highest cp geodude, especially since most of my others weren't even close in cp.
It had avg IV of like 54% when I evolved it, ended up actually being a bit below that. I think ancient power might be a shit move too.
But, I'm a couple days away from having another, and I FINALLY hatched a geodude. Great IVs and 100cp higher than this guy
