Ok I got Drampa off a wonderpick and tried to put him in my hit and run deck.
I didn't think it would be a big deal, and maybe I just bricked, but not being able to Volt Switch into it is a backbreaker against a nonEX deck. And his 2 retreat cost negates the free retreats Skymin gives, so I added an X speed but I'm still struggling with the trainer assortment. My luck is ass however:
