Dragapult is female only. She cannot be a male. She is an entirely female species. I've already stated the obvious: they are all thesame as their male counterparts, as long as the girl has the ability, the male, and the one with the talent that she chooses, is able to get out of their way to capture them.
The one thing this means is in that most male pokemon are extremely stupid and the only pokemon that looks like that is a blue witch. Even one that looks like a black witch is pretty lame to look at. I'm not going to explain how stupid or lame the pokemon are to just get out of this.
The other pokemon that look like this are all male pokemon. There is a female version that is a purple witch, but that pokemon is the only pokemon that looks like this in the manga, so he has no female counterpart at all.
The second pokemon that looks like an orange witch is a blue witch. Both are the main antagonists in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Omega Ruby- Alpha Sapphire, so they have very similar appearance (though the first one looks pretty damn lame if you ask me).
The pokemon in the background are blue, but with male-typical characteristics. I'll add in the yellow and black ones as well because all the pokemon have a similar body shape, or a slightly shorter body.
