Ultra Sun was the first pokemon game i picked up and played in years. It was fun, had cool mons, graphics blew me away from what i remembered and all the little sidequests/online components were a blast. It was like a little vacation.
I also got really into ev/ivs and completing everything and competitive for the first time.
USUM is such a great game. Got me back into the series after a long hiatus and I still pick it up now and then (currently playing white 2).
