It'd be a great help to Wish-Leftovers set of Vaporeon to keep it constantly healing but it isn't broken as a stall mon.

Espeon because a special wall that is also immune to status moves which is a big deal.

But the 90BP 100% accurate version is pretty nice, but Slyveon isn't really bulky enough to be a heal bell proxy when it needs either hyper voice to hit through subs or Moonblast for just consistent damage and the occasionally stat drop.
