Release a small simple pokemon game every year that's 3d with simple environments, somewhere between gens 4/5/6, bdsp, and lgpe, and their main gimmick is that they're regions without a lot of native mons, only having a couple dozen, maybe a few megas or regional forms, and uses different combos of box legendaries for the games (like one set having Chien Pao and Tapu Koko as the box legendaries or another having Kyogre and Lugia, all 4 probably in new forms that barely change them) and connecting with a lot of existing lore.
Imagine buying a copy of either Pokemon Tornado or Pokemon Hurricane, being introduced to the Hucares region, getting into the game in 15 minutes instead of faffing about with NPCs and catching an intentionally novel combination of mons. Say you find a regional form of a starter mon in the grass next to the home town, a Normal-type Fennekin or something. You could have a cross-gen evo for a mon that came out in the same gen. You could have a rarer bug be the "regional bug" of your region, like idk Heracross getting 2 prevos or something crazy like that. Introducing a couple mega stones as random finds and having to go get them ID'd before you're given a mega band and if you miss them you just play it without megas. Stuff like that.
