As a quick TLDR: Famon is the person who's been angry that Alain beat Ash in the final Kalos league battle and made all the excuses he's made up until this point. Bcs of this, he hates the X*Y anime. No because the only reason they even made Tobias in the first place is because they needed Ash to beat Paul, but still didn't want him to win the league, and because they didn't give Ash a second rival character like they did in XY with Sawyer and Alain, they just made up a godsue OC last second for ash to get curbstomped.

Tobias is the physical manifestation of TPCI's unwillingness to change the status quo and they avoided showing him again because at his base level he's such a fucking stupid character he retroactively ruins the rest of AniPoke's already shaky worldbuilding.
