Do you honestly think Iris get to be a "Mary Sue" without any consequence? That's what makes her better then Alain since all the special treatment she receives has a cost. Unlike Alain who gets everything handed to him without any cost and does not face any consequence even when he does anything wrong.

Cynthia is just THAT strong - Ash had to bust out his aura cheats for her (didnt do it for leon) and thats without even having to fight MegaChomp.

What IS inexcusable is that Iris had 0 "official" gimmicks. Stupid kid.

the fact that Ash needed only 1 gimmick to beat Megagross and 2 - to beat DynaKiss (who isnt even Cynthias ace) tells you everything
Cynthia > Steven > rest of the non-Ash/Leon champions

and 1 gimmick Cynthia isnt > Leon .. only 2 gimmick Cynthia is (and she was never allowed to use both her gimmicks this tournament, so we will never know her full power .. unless she comes to Paldea and starts using Tera + Megaa)

What was Cynthia’s biggest accomplishment besides just beating Iris? If not for the games and kids never healing from struggling against her…what has she done to make her seem strong?

Leon would demolish anybody not Cynthia. If they really cared about keeping her “super uber badass girl boss” they would have had Cynthia do to Iris what Leon did to Alain.

Before this tournament Shitrona’s greatest feat was beating Flint.

Honestly, most of the champs below Leon would likely beat eachother from time to time if they fought eachother often, it's just a matter of how high a percentage of wins they'd rack up against eachother.
