Ash yet to settle his score with Alain and it maybe mean nothing to you but it means a lot to me. You know very well that if it was Ash who accompany Liko on her journey to protect her from the Explorers, develop rivalry with Amethio who becomes obsessed with defeating Ash, battle each of the Ancient heroes to make them join the group, take the Terastal training class to get his own Tera orb and becomes Nemona's treasured rival then Pokémon 2023 would have more interesting to watch. Instead we got an one dimensional ikemen who tries to act cool 24/7, a genki boy who is just happy all the time and a trans looking girl accompanying Liko.
