Pic related is Colt, leader of the bad guy team Team Dust. Colt is a very practical man. He has no goals of world domination or destruction, he just wants to be free and have fun. Those things both require a lot of money, though, and he's figured out the quickest way to get a lot of money is to simply do bad things and be stronger or smarter than the cops. I'm knocking around the idea of him being related to Professor Cypress, but I don't know yet. If someone offered him a big enough sack of cash, he'd probably up and quit crime altogether.
My buddy, the architect of the Aurelia region, has an evil team whose goals are based around completely obliterating nature and mechanizing everything. That sounded like a pretty lofty goal to me, so I wanted to do the opposite and make a more small-scale team like Rocket or Skull.
Colt's ace Pokemon is Howlance, the Fang Pokemon. I'm a little iffy on the name and type. I was picturing it as a pure dark, which makes it really similar to Mightyena. It also looks a lot like Lycanroc to me, which is a little frustrating. I'd love some outside opinions on the design.
