Here's Chloe cosplaying as Dorothy Gale (Wizard of Oz), with her Yamper playing the role of Toto.
I got a lot of different takes on the 'plaid dress' look, wither having white or black as the secondary color. I also included an apron because there are a few anime adaptations of the book that has Dorothy wearing one. Ironically enough, one such adaptation has her looking more like an Alice than a Dorothy.
