I can't see Goh or Ash settling down with anyone... or Dawn for that matter. Goh can't stop chasing Pokemon he hasn't caught across towns (and hell, entire regions, like Altaria), and Ash's battle autism is off the charts so he's always going to be on the road looking for new trainers to battle and tournaments to enter (even after winning PWC and being crowned the strongest trainer, he's still hungry for more). Dawn lives for performing, and she, like Ash, goes all over looking for new contests to enter and festivals to compete in. Chloe is the only one I could see content putting down roots somewhere, and living a relatively normal and routine life.
