>>40471476Sinnoh and Kalos were extremely brief leagues with barely any match-ups (most of the fights in those leagues are off-screened), and a few of those were abridged as well. Conversely, most of the Alolan League was shown in full. Sinnoh had that BS Tobias match that ruined the amazing Paul and Conway battles. and Kalos was riddled with a lot of BS wins and draws. I ranked Alola above Kalos because Kalos was effectively just 3 matches (Tierno vs. Sawyer, and the two Ash battles in the finals), whereas with Sinnoh, there were 2 full battles but also 2 3-on-3s, and Sinnoh had less BS than Kalos. So I ranked Sinnoh above Kalos for that reason. As for Alola, I liked that it was a completely different type of league and that it actually focused on characters other than Ash (with Kiawe, Lana, and Sophocles actually getting great focus and character development here), and a few of the match-ups were great. It also had god-tier animation near the end of the league. I gave Alola an extensive summary because it is the one closest to my short-term memory, so I have more details to share.
