>>57694486On Wednesday, I hit Master 9 at Lapis Lakeside, which is comfortably above the rank requirements to encounter 2 star Cresselia.
On all maps, you need at least 134m DP to encounter 2 star Cresselia, and 288m DP for 3 star. This is easier to reach when you sleep with Cresselia for a 1.2x DP bonus.
My DP last night was 199,935,967 (1,666,133 x 100 x 1.2) and I encountered 2 star Cresselia, and got a nice chunk of Cresselia Down and Dream Shards as a result.
Also, it's not necessary to purchase Cresselia Biscuits the night before. You can buy things in the event exchange during feeding time.
I bought my two 50-down biscuits this morning, got lucky and my Cresselia was hungry and also ate my bonus biscuit, so I got 28/30 friendship points for a guaranteed friendship next time I encounter it.
Also had a shiny male Kirlia which was neat. It might make for a decent Gallade, it's all helping speed without skill ups though.
Since I used my first Cresselia incense of the second week on Wednesday night, that means I can also go for it on the next four sleeps.
The remaining Cresselia incense aren't cheap, but the rebates on Cresselia and Psychic-type encounters have been fruitful.
So far I've spent at least 660 down on 4 incense and 6 biscuits, and I still have 762 to spend. I should be able to afford all 5 remaining incense for one per night and a left-over for later.
The missions and event DP rewards have been great for down too.
