id drop communication and Iono too because theyre really for stage 2 decks
so electivire has 3 energy retreat and I understand the reason for x speed and dawn but I dont see you being able to retreat electivire efficiently to be able to use dawn at the same time , it definitely would be easier to retreat tapu koko but electivire gets more value out of volkner than dawn
just remember you need 4 energy to actually start doing real damage with electivire whereas the meta needs 1 or 2
