I take back literally everything good I said about Cultivation, this Dawn sidequest is so ass the whole game has retroactively become garbage.
Not only do I have to deal with the fight being a double battle with a partner who only has 3 pokemon(all weak to fighting, one of them is a fucking Glameow), I also have to put up with the dev's obnoxious Delcatty fetish making it fucking unhittable, the Swampert has Toxic, Yawn, and Sap Sipper(plus an ability that spreads spikes whenever you hit it with a physical move!!!), the Exploud restores its full HP whenever it gets a kill, and did I forget to mention they all have Leftovers or Life Orbs?
And even if you beat all 6 pokemon you have to do a boss fight against a super Ceruledge who of course has Bitter Blade and Poltergeist, and starts the fight with an unavoidable three layers of spikes!
Maybe ONE of those things would have been a fun gimmick but putting them together means I'm never touching this radioactive piece of shit again.
