Horizons had a fantastic start and anyone who says otherwise is fucking nuts. I'd call the first two-ish years of Horizons significantly above average as far as anipoke goes, but after the Lucius plot kind of came and went and the animation budget stopped existing, well, I'd honestly say Horizons has the largest gulf in quality within any single series. The new episodes are choppy, ugly, and feel like a superficial attempt at grabbing interest via megas, Lucario, and probably the least impactful timeskip in the history of kid's anime.
