>>58811376>did Merry ever have an incident where she accidentally put the sinistea in the blender?I didn't want to make Merry too "special" so I figured this is simply a recently discovered regional variant of Sinistea and Polteageist, having made its way from Galar to Unova and adapted to its new environment. This isn't really a unique specimen that she accidentally created in her coffee machine.
That being said, I did have a small selection of regional variants of mons that weren't originally found in Unova (including both BW and BW2), with the idea behind them being that they'd only been recently cataloged. I might use some of those in my story as it develops.
Speaking of... the second chapter of Merry's tale is officially in the works, having finally set down to put together a rough draft. I have no deadline, but hopefully I'll have it done by the end of the month.
In the meantime, here's a preview of another character that'll show up. I haven't been brave enough to draw her yet, so a Picrew will make do for now.
