...and that is Gym 7 and 8 blasted through in record pace! (For my standards)
Gym 7 ended up being a breeze, Clitorizz taking out Solrock with one Hydro Pump (which was rewritten by Dive and then Waterfall), Penny Pinch setting up a Substitute and nulling Lunatone's Hypnosis, a second lucky Hydro Pump taking down Lunatone, making this perhaps the cleanest Tate and Liza I've had in a good while.
Wallace was a little messier; Gobcack succumbing to Luvdisc's Sweet Kiss and hitting herself once, but thankfully getting past it the second and third round to take down Luvdisc and the following Sealeo with one Giga Drain each. This is where I could've potentially fallen victim to my hubris, as I decide to use Leech Seed on Wallace's Milotic despite knowing it had Ice Beam. "Surely we live that", I thought. A classic mistake. Well we did survive...on 9 HP. Thankfully that was not in vain as the seeds allowed Scary Gary to overcome the sea serpent and put a decent dent in Whiscash, our own serpent coming in to finish Whiscash off and taking down Seaking to finish the fight. Now it's just Victory Road and a final grind that stands between us and the E4!

>>57494961Fantina can be pretty scary with her Mismagius, Shadow Ball/Psybeam/Magical Leaf provides quite a wide coverage against most of your available mons, but the gift Eevee you get is a good answer if you give it Bite via levelup and evolve it into Umbreon (will require some biking around town to reach the happiness threshold tho).
