Look it's Gym fucking 1 and the bad guys have already caught 2/3 of the legendaries they were after and while the writing isn't *bad* persay so far the pacing is kinda whack as fuck. I get that they foreshadowed the "The monster dudes aren't immune to electric" thing so odds are Zapdos is gonna bust out but 1st gym, bad guys are 2/3rds of the way to their initial goal is weird. But even more so is the dude had two goons, sic'd them on this little Gary looking bastard just as I was catching up and I figured "Oh a double battle" and then instead of that happening another fag showed up and just kinda pushed Not!Gary aside and said he'd hold him off so I figured "okay I'm gonna fight that dude" but nah they all just kinda...fucking left.
Music is pretty bopping though.
