Immediately following up with at LEAST one Master Fair so they're running at a minimum FIVE incredibly desired new powerful characters with reduced rates
Also shoving a bunch of new general 5 stars into the general pool of characters that should have been in a long time ago (ie. Wattson, Byron, Chili, Cilan, Cress) but they're all low effort and don't have any unique sync move because they know that nobody will roll for them unless they're whales and/or fujoshi (they'll buy it anyway)
Dumping a number of new Battle Point voucher characters of which only the 5* characters (ie. Battle Chatelains) are worth anything as all the rest are low effort reskins you'll never use
Possibly a couple Poké Fairs to really nail in the "fuck you" factor, maybe Brandon & Regi-whatever
One free decent (yet still low effort) character (ie. Lillie from last year)
A free character that requires grinding tickets to max (ie. Riley & Lucario) and will be rerun for a couple years like Oak & Nidorino currently is
Also lots of "BUY PAID GEMS"
