In the early Battle Frontier saga now, and after watching this far, I have to ask: Why is May so fucking dumb with people?
I mean, I like her character and all, but the stuff with Harley annoys me to no end. He has actively worked to sabotage her and even publicly humiliated her by manipulating her own brother, and yet he still manages (though with increased effort needed each time) to make her trust him again, only to have it smack her in the face shortly after. Ignoring Team Rocket's faux face turns, I can't even recall Ash getting suckered this many times into trusting assholes whom he has prior experience of being assholes, unless the face turns were authentic.
