Kinesis, especially that for a while it was a victim of Gamefreak's small oversight. Abra evolves into Kadabra at level 16, but Kadabra learns Kinesis at level 15. Unless you fucked around with Stadium's move relearner or glitching the game into spitting out a wild Kadabra, there was no way to use that move on your Pokemon in Gen I at all.
