Trace - I would make him an early Rival of Ash for JN and the new Champion of Kanto. He could fall out during the Top 16/8 stage
Cheren - I can see a narrative made about him loosing in finals to Iris and being offered an E4 role which he declines
Mohm - was always stated to be strong (look at his Zoroark), here he participates in the PWT and because of how good a trainer he is the rest of the Auther Family starts hearing about him and manage to find him back which returns his memory.
Erika - there is no good Grass-type Expert DESU. Erika just seemed better than Ramos, Mallow, Cilan etc. We can agree she falls out during first round
Falkner - he seems like the 2nd/3rd strongest GL in Anime Johto saga (only weaker than Clair and maybe Pryce), he gave Charizard a run for his money. Allow his Pidgeot to Mega Evolve and he can be strong. It's the anime fault they made her not reach the Top 16 in Alola
Guzma - in this scenario Guzma decided to train and starts using Z-moves. In my version Ash (and other Champions) are challenged for their titles as it allows you to auto-join the Master 32 and at one point Guzma almost beats Ash and he needed to beat Aaron for his place in Master 32 Type Expert category
Bea - also described, she is beating all Fighting-type experts. She gets introduces once she defeated all Fighting GL and Greta and challenges Hala. By Master 32 she defeated all fighting E4 and wants to face
Mustard. Since Galar does not have an E4 an argument can be made for some of the strongest Galar GL being E4 level.
Wulfric - he was quite strong as a GL with Ash needing Mastered Ash-Greninja to defeat his Abomasnow so he seems close to E4 level
Bede - He would've been a prodigy here. In my Galar vs Alola art I explain how he mastered all 4 gimmicks and is a rival to Ilima through whole PWT. He has potential to grow strong.
