>>58465832I gotta be real. Gen 6's campaign is pretty bad. The story is nonsense and I don't know how much of that is translation error. The game gives you a full team's worth of gift Pokemon, and they're all strong.
I guess the way I'd put it is Y would be worth it if you tried to do a Kalos Pokemon Only run. Because otherwise you're just using a bunch of old favorites in a game that's braindead.
ORAS is worth it as long as you keep in mind it's a different Hoenn, not necessarily better.
Sun/Moon is kinda worth it? It's a conveyor belt guided tour. You don't get to explore. But the story is cute and well done. USUM has really great fights but has to be played after the original because it fucks up that story.
