No the issue is that XY's additions are painfully mediocre and easily forgetable.
Starters, Sylveon, Talonflame and Aegislash(vgc memes), Dedenne, Malamar and Hawlucha are the only memorable pokemon in Kalos and everything is just, so so forgettable.

Looks like you niggas are gonna be catching a bunch of scatter bugs over the next few years. I wasn’t gonna go out on Sunday but saw I got the masterwork research so I just said fuck it and grinded for a few hours, it was nice to get rid of the 500 or so golden razz I had accumulated from raids through out the week. I only saw like three kalos mons on the way to work and those were from the daily adventure incense

In pokemon card apps. Like - open Collectr. It always showing lowest of the lows.
Yeah try to find any cards for that price. And don't forget about shipping cost.

So every time i see anybody saying "uhh that's like $5 bucks card" - you can pretty much add another 5 to that and probably 3-5 bucks for shipping so it will be 10+ bucks.
