Instead, Fuchsia is full of red tiles and Vermilion/Saffron are full of yellow tiles, just like they were depicted in LGPE.
Kanto's overall in a weird position where LGPE is the definitive version of how the region and its characters appear, but it isn't the definitive version narratively because it's an isekai AU where (You), the player, are thrust into Red's shoes while Red and Blue are sidelined to have went on their journey earlier than intended, thus allowing (You) to be the one who dismantles Team Rocket and shames Giovanni into fleeing and hiding.
