Like I said, it's a pity that GSC didn't have more cartridge space and/or development time, in order to expand Kanto.
Although I've seen people say that GSC Kanto was always meant to be smaller than RGBY Kanto, because it's only postgame, and the original plan for GS was to have only a small, condensed version of Kanto, in order to fit in the entirety of Japan's map.
