During the demo mode scene where Pikachu is flying in the sky, if you press A immediately after the animation ends, the graphics at the bottom of the screen will glitch for a moment.

TM39, Swift, does not work in Yellow Version the same way as it does in Red and Blue Version. In Red and Blue Version, Swift has an accuracy of 100%, but in Yellow if the opponent is Flying or Digging, when you use the move, it won't hit. If you use Swift while in a Link Battle with Red or Blue, Red and Blue will say it will hit, but the Yellow Game Pack will say it missed. Therefore, the damage on the enemy Pokémon will be shown on on Red or Blue, but not on Yellow. This causes graphical glitches on the Pokémon and have effects on the Hall of Fame.
Fixed. It is the same as the behavior in Red/Blue versions.

While fighting the Elite Four's Lorelai, I was using Beedrill while Lorelai was using Dewgong. Beedrill used Rage while Dewgong repeatedly used Rest. The effect was that Dewgong would recover any damage done by the player, and Dewgong would not attack Beedrill. Because the player cannot change Pokémon, run, or use items, it softlocks.

Some ugly things come up on the copyright screen. The C in Creatures has a few red pixels, and the other characters on the copyright screen look similar.
Note: This was confirmed on a Game Boy Color.
Intended.

When the player linked, I talked to the Cable Club clerk. On the Save Screen, the first player picks No, and the second picks Yes. The second can continue to pick an option in the option menu, but both games lock up.
