There's another piece of evidence to add to the pile, that being: unlike Gloria/Victor, Flo and Juli don't know how to do the famous GALAR CHAMPION POSE, which you'd expect them to be able to do if they're Galarian.
Of course, there are a couple explanations - maybe they weren't into battles, maybe Leon was right about crowds being mean and his entire personage and fame was instantly (or in the period of time between SwSh and SV) cast aside into obscurity but still. Sure is something.
