Everyone saw the taxi come down and they all waited for those big wooden doors to open. It was about three minutes when people saw the doors opening. They were about to cry welcome when they saw it wasn’t Cynthia at all. The person in front of them happened to be one of the Gym Leaders of Galar and self-proclaimed rival to Leon: Raihan.
“Wow, I wasn’t expecting to be showered with a welcome! It almost feels like a sandstorm was brewing!” remarked Raihan.
Everyone then just stopped before they can say welcome and unintentionally gave him a confused and disappointment.
“Whoa, why did the greeting just changed to a raging hailstorm?” Raihan said in shock.
“Talk about a unexpecting twist, it’s like you used a super effective confusion on all of us.” Avery quietly remarked.
Mustard realized the sudden atmosphere and immediately greeted their surprise guest.
“Oh, sorry about that young man, everyone let’s give him a big welcome to the Isle of Armor like all our visitors.
“Welcome Raihan!!!” everyone yelled.
“Apologize for the sour mood, we were expecting the taxi you took to be Cynthia.”
“Actually, that is why I am here, I heard she reached the island a few hours ago.” Raihan said in a polite manner.
