Paldea Gyms are basically Tourist Trap attractions, hence the Photo Ops. BB Elite 4 are weaker then the real deal, but still a cut above the Chaff, Carmine is explicitly called out to be on or above their Level, Nemona is definitely above Geeta and Geeta is above her E4 but still a noticeably weaker Champion (She seems to be the most competent at Red Tape though).
I wouldn't be surprised if the Paldea League was the most profitable, Galar League has the glam, but also it also seems to have the most expenses, meanwhile the Paldea League basically Company Town'd the whole Region complete with their "LP" Alternative Currency.
That was my impression anyway, I dunno how shit is in Master Sex with who jobs to who in events and introductions though.
