I disagree on Arven; if even the weakest Hisuians are too recent, then the Paldeans are surely out. I agree on N getting Dark if alts are involved and he doesn't get Electric, but I could also see them making some stretches to give Dark to Champion alt Iris by switching her Hydreigon's type.

Red is in a Sygna Suit when paired with Charizard, that's why he's in Normal with Snorlax. If Sygna Suit Red is eligible because it came out before his base unit, then he'd be the most likely candidate for the Fire Arc Suit.
